On August 17th, Bonaire labor union holds birthday parties for all the staff who were born in July and August to celebrate the birthday of them.
In the birthday party, the labor union prepares exquisite birthday gifts and interesting activities for the staff. When they enter the party, the colleagues receive the carefully-prepared birthday gifts by the union, follow on, they sign their names on the birthday blessing wall.
In addition, the staff also play some games like“one is drumming while the others passing round a spray of blossom”, “you draw, I guess”,“throwing darts” and others. Finally, we lit the candles on birthday cakes, sing the birthday blessing song and make wishes. Thus we spend a wonderful and warm birthday party.
